I’m on day 4 after ordering smaller flanges and it’s a night and day difference! Had no idea pumping wasn’t supposed to hurt and I’m getting no so much more milk it’s incredible

I just ordered smaller flanges, I measured 15mm and I’ve been using the original 24mm for 2 months (pumping exclusively). I hope it will make pumping easier, thanks for the video!

Mine measured 18mm so she told me to use 17mm over the 19mm. Should I actually be using 21mm ?

I’ve measured as a 21 mm but 24mm feels more comfortable. But also, 24, 27 and 28 pretty much feel the same

I used a 24 for months and got sized at a 16, hurt like hell and my supply dropped drastically so I just went bad to 24

Thank you so much for this pumping is so so sore and I pump every 2 hours and I only get 1 oz each time and I have been using a size 28 because that’s what I was told !
