So from the perspective of a kid who’s parents did this and is now an adult it sucked it made me feel like a burden they had to get away from not getting whichever holiday was easy to get over but

I’m 45 and my biggest regret is that I didn’t travel without my kids, Dad was an A**hole so they were with me 24/7 Enjoy every second you deserve it 🙌🏼🤍
