you are wrong. For Sarawak, it's not Stephen Kaloningkan, who brings Sarawak to Malaysia. It's Temongong Juga, Ling Beng Siew and Abang Haji Openg, who brings Sarawak in Malaysia

马来西亚就是一个联邦制国家，每个州都有自己的自主权，就这样简单理解就行了。东马2州比较慢才脱离英殖民地地位，所以才在MA63划定契约，而原有的11个州属也一样在Perjanjian Persekutuan中划定了契约。
