I have had 3 Eco boosts, and so long as you get it serviced at ford every year and look after if, you don't have any problems, which is good

don't know why folks complain about these engines. just take the engine out and clean it every 500 miles...it's small enough.

If Ford were not so big, that EcoBoom engine would have bankrupted them like the K Series did for Rover. Absolutely awful Engine and better off chucking it in the skip.

Ford should be giving full refunds on these cars, every duratec engine I've had has been just a solid hassle free engine so far.
