But the 10k should’ve been paid off by the Acura. Then the loan starts over on the Acura so technically you were negative equity on the Acura and it carried over to this new car

I have the same issue expect I wasn’t explain how negative equity works until after I purchased the car. My payment is $990 month on a 2021. Car dealership will scam u and they got me.

Sell to Carmax first.. don’t carry the negative to the other car. Last trade I did. I sold my Subaru to Carmax and made 12k profit and then put that into the next purchase.
