@healthyu_dietitian: Chickpea Pizza Crust 🫘 🍕 🧀 🍅 is my new way of making crust to maintain my health plan in a DELICIOUS way 🙌 Simply put, this crust is made with whole ingredients, and loaded with fibre and protein. It’s also super cost effective 🤍 Follow for more healthy and easy recipes that keep you in track! Ingredients (makes 12-15 small pizzas / or 2 medium pizzas): 2 cups dried chickpeas 4 cups of water *soak for 6 hours and blend both water and chickpeas on high speed Portion crust and bake 425F x 10-15 minutes, add toppings and bake again for another 10 minutes! Enjoy with your favourite toppings and seasonings!
