they are a lottery, I have one, guides for the chain wear and clog the gauze in the oil pickup, chain is easy to do, drop the box and pull the covers off, no need to pull the engine!

We do them, but we take an oil sample and send it to the lab 1 week before the booking, then a relative compression test on the day before HOT, then Cold the morning before we start it, if it fails
