This will help them stick. 3. Heat a large pan with oil on medium/high heat, filled enough to cover the bottom.  4. Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees. Add broccoli to a bowl and mix olive oil, salt and pepper together. Add to the air fryer for 8 mins. 5. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken in and cook for ~5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Use a thermometer to make sure it’s 165 degrees F internally. Once done cooking, place on a cooling rack. 6. In a smaller pan, add marinara, vodka, and heavy cream on medium/high heat. Let cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until hot. 7. Serve your chicken and broccoli on a plate. Pour sauce on top of your chicken. Top with Parmesan.
