@andrewtourssf: The Palace Hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at in SF. And I’ve stayed at a lot of them. Bonus points for them hosting a @vitaminstringquartet concert by Napa Fest that covered artists like Taylor Swift and Coldplay. Last weekend, I ended my birthday month @Downtown SF at the Palace Hotel and it is gorgeous. My friends and I started the festivities at the @piedpipersf , which is an elegant bar with a huge iconic painting by the artist, Maxfield Parrish. We got a couple of drinks, we love a nice Smokey old fashioned, before ordering some food. We got oysters with yuzu kosho, garlic truffle fries, this is always a must for me, and a charcuterie board. Then, we went to check out my suite. The staff surprised me me a cake, hand written card, and balloons. It was the perfect way for me to celebrate with friends while enjoying this staycation. I really loved the bathroom that came with luxury products from By Redo along with a toilet with heated seats and a bidet.  Next, we went to the Garden Court to watch the Vitamin String Quartet. I’ve been listening to them on Spotify for years. They played the most breathtaking songs, my favorite being some of the soundtrack from Bridgetton. It was beautiful. You can catch performances like this at Festival Napa Valley July 6-21. Afterwards, I went out for dinner and drinks with some friends before coming back to the Palace Hotel to enjoy the nighttime views. The follow morning, definitely make your way to their gym and pool. This is the first time I ever stayed at a hotel in SF with a pool and it’s pretty cool. Afterwards, grab some breakfast at the Garden Court. It’s so chill.
