You have to remove the plastic thing under the wood cap. Then put the cap back on and tip it over like 3 sec and then hang up

Did you unscrew the top take the plastic thing out and then screw the wood top back on and tip it upside down oil on it and Walla your car smells nice 🤦🏻♀️😳👻

when you unscrew it there’s a white stopper. u need to remove it to smell it. then sip it with the wood cap on. for it to last longer put the stopper back in when u want to use it again repeat the pro

I've tried 4 DIFFERENT brands every single one either didn't have much of a scent or it leaked & destroyed my car cuz that oil will NOT come out. I'll stick with my vent clips

I think it has a thing you have to pull off after screwing the cap off then you flip it upside down so the liquid gets in the cap

Did you take the stopper out? Unscrew the top and there is a plug under there you need to remove. I love mine. Let me know if that was the problem

Did you remove the cap then remove that stopper off the bottle? Place the cap back on then flip to prime it.

You have got to flip it upside down and rewet the wooden cap every so often. Keep it upside down until you see that the wood is wet/can smell it. Not saying that’s what’s wrong with these ones but

Noooo I just ordered two from there & they just came in😭 I got Fresh Linnen & Black Midnight. The linnen is very faint & the other one is strong af but both smell good. Hope they work😭
