@themeldemi: commercial airlines, it’s your move 🐕🫡 it’s no surprise there are very few options for traveling by air with large dogs that don’t include putting them underneath the plane, but there are a few options! I’m aware there aren’t many + that they are all pricey… but it’s all we’ve got *for now* ✨ K9 JETS @k9jets_ welcomes dogs of all sizes and flies to the US, UK, Europe, Dubai, Melbourne, and Hawaii! Pricing starts at $3,700 for flights between Dallas & New York, and between $8K-11K for flights between the US and Europe I have a ton of videos about them, and even have a discount code at the link in my bio! We adore them! ✨ BARKAIR @barkair was just launched so we don’t have any personal experience with them, but it’s a similar model to K9! They’ll fly between LA & NY, and also to London! Pricing is $6K for domestic and $8K to the UK ✨ JSX @flyjsx is a more affordable option, but they have limited domestic routes (although I’m hopeful they can continue adding more). They welcome small dogs in carrier for $100, or dogs up to 79lbs with the purchase of an additional full-priced seat. Pricing depends on the destination just like any flight, but it ranges between $200-$1,500 each way ✨ AERO @aero is a newer option and also has pre-booked flights you can purchase seats on. Dogs over 20lbs must have purchased their own seat, and only 5 pets (and 2 large dogs) are allowed per flight. They fly between Los Cabos, Colorado, Idaho + California ✨ BLADE @flyblade has various aircraft’s but is mostly known for their crowdsourced helicopter flights! They welcome dogs of all sizes, with dogs over 25lbs requiring their own seat. They have flights between The Hamptons, Nantucket, south Florida + also allow you to book a private flight which includes pets 🚨 despite what anyone will tell you, no commercial airline allows large dogs in cabin. You cannot just purchase a seat on Delta or United for your big dog. The only large animals allowed in cabin are service dogs.
