FIRE AND VINE — • ¾ oz gochujang syrup • 2 cherry tomatoes • 1 oz lemon juice • ½ oz mezcal • 1½ oz tequila blanco • garnish: flakey salt rim, cherry tomato Rim the side of a rocks glass with salt and set aside. Add syrup, lemon juice, and cherry tomatoes to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add mezcal and tequila along with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into prepared rocks glass and garnish with a cherry tomato. GOCHUJANG SYRUP — • 25g gochujang • 100g sugar • 100g water Add all ingredients to a pot and heat until everything’s dissolved.
