so I had a character that plot wise had his soul split as punishment by the raven queen, one part being used for a strahd campaign as a crazy old warlock who jabbers on. he was incredibly powerful

Had a Cleric in 3.5 who made it to lvl 20 abd during a big end game he had to leave to go to the hospital. So we agreed he made a final stand by becoming a incarnate for his god Kossuth.
