@dr_ot_guy: Easy self treatment for your mefian nerve (carpal tunnel nerve). Many people experience pain, numb or tingly palm,wrist, or thumb, index, middle and ring fingers. Often from working at a keyboard at a desk all day, sleeping with your wrists bent all night, repetitive movements at work, etc. You can try this little nerve glide maneuver to help alleviate some of that nerve pain, numbness, or tingling at your wrist and fingers. Nerves are pretty temperamental, though! A few sets of ten or so of these repetitions is about all I recommend initially.
