@a_different_spectrum: Do you struggle with intrusive thoughts😨?. If you can relate, please share your experience, it might help someone else 🙂 I often deal with something called “intrusive thoughts. They are like random, unwanted visitors in my mind that can pop up very unexpectedly, they can appear at any time but often appear if I’m anxious or stressed. They can also happen when I’m zoning out and daydreaming and they are no fun at all. They can make it hard to focus and sometimes turn my daydreams into a bit of a rollercoaster, I know it’s not real but it can still leave me feeling a negative experience when I snap out of them. I shared about this before, and I was surprised to not be alone with these kind of thoughts, so i know how important it is to share. Many of us with ADHD, autism, or anxiety experience these intrusive thoughts and they can be overwhelming, but knowing we’re not alone can make a big difference.
