@lelo_lemons: Crispy warm potato salad 🥗🥔🥓 1kg baby potatoes 240g smoked streaky bacon 4-5 stems of spring onion 100g frozen peas 150g shredded kale (washed and steamed in the microwave for 3 mins) 2 tbsp mayo of choice ( I used Heinz light mayo) 2 tbsp good quality Greek yogurt Salt and pepper For the potatoes bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 10mins.
