@jake.dearden: Here’s a running interval session for you to try: Warm up: 1600m jog 5 x 50m strides Main session: 6 x 200m 30 seconds rest between each interval Rest 4 minutes 6 x 200m 45 seconds rest between each interval Rest 4 minutes 6 x 200m 60 seconds rest between each interval Each set of 6 should gradually get faster as rest time is increased.
