explanation, this is a soul train, an ambulance that was rushing to the hospital and they never brake because they person in theres usually in bad condition and can possibly die of they dont make it to the hospital in time, and the train passed by and forced the ambulance the stay waiting, and trains can last minutes. they were screaming because theyve witnessed the car braked while theres a person in need of medical help, they could or couldve died
