Nicely done but there's an error on your ERS enhanced. it's not 4x but 3xBRS. Another option is to aim for BRS basic and pledge the house. Rent out the HDB, live in JB

Yes, I knew very well how the RA works including CPF LIFE Which is actually endowment plan (took our principal sum to pay us back bit by bit after holding for 10 years)
