To make tea, grab some dandelions from an area without pollutants and chemicals. The roots can run deep, so do a bit of digging under the plant to get the full root. Chop off the roots and give them a wash. You can also roast the roots for 15 mins to give a bit of a nutty, coffee taste. Boil the roots for 3-5 mins and enjoy!
