@heydaisyday: I used to drink Orgain Plant-Based Protein powder, but I didn't like the taste, and it didn't sit well with me. After doing some research, I discovered that there are different types of proteins (I'll post more about that soon). I found this unflavored Whey Protein, and it doesn't have that fake sugar taste. It's really clean and light, so I can easily add other ingredients to it. I only had one scoop left, but one serving is 25g. I added ground flax seeds, PB powder, and chia seeds. With one serving, this protein shake gives you 47g of protein! That's a lot and perfect for a snack. Let me know what kind of protein powder is your favorite.
