@cassycass00: Getting my body back in shape after three kids has been hard. Especially after three C-sections I had lost so much of my core strength. It made certain exercises near impossible. I tried 1 million things, but everything seem to bother different parts of my body and left me straining my neck back or shoulders! In the couple of weeks that I have had this ab machine, it has made working out and gaining core strength so much more attainable for me. This Firebird machine helps me focus on squeezing my muscles while I am doing it to make it more of a full body workout, when the other things I have used make me feel like half the time I am just trying to not fall!
