Or maybe you rolled an ankle a while back and it has never been quite the same? 🥴 Here’s a goodie: Step 1: Go ahead and pull yourself into a calf raise, but at the top of the calf raise try to touch the bottoms of your feet together. 😄 Step 2: On the next rep, at the top of the calf raise, turn the bottoms of your feet outward. Hi My ankle rolls due to relearning to walk so arch is now flat.. my ankle rolls in creating pain where my ankle and foot meet in that joint. Hurts when put weight on it
