i just started spironolactone in January for hormonal acne all along my neck/jaw too! its a process but its helped a lot so far!

I’m on spiro too!!! There’s a purge period love. DONT POP BRO. I popped mine and now have indented scars. Very much regret it. Just wait it out. I’m at 7 months & get no acne. Just a lot of marks
