if its closed why can vehicles pass through.. why isnt an officer posted there to instruct motorists of a situation they are un aware of... why are there no cones... why is ther no road closed sign...

my car broke down at a light and the police parked a car length behind me and people would go around him and get behind my parked car. me and the police both just shook are heads. I don't understand

His vehicle's only so long, so he's doing his best to block both straight and right turn lanes. It would really helped if he would put out triangles and/or cones to guide all traffic to turn left.

I mean they could have, I don’t know, maybe put a road closed sign? And there could have been an additional cruiser. Also if the tanker exploded ahead, turning left or right is normal choice

I've done traffic before I feel his frustration but if he places his shop differently then he wouldn't have that problem, an opening to people is a "okay I can go this way". cones are helpful sometime

I mean, if there’s about a whole lanes worth of space there, with no road signs saying the road is closed to the right, how are they supposed to know? Move the cop car up further so they can’t turn

Happens too much. Had a lady try to tell me she needed to drive through an active gas leak to get her grandson at school. She still don’t even get it when I wasn’t letting the busses go by either.
