@lindsayroggenbuck: This 30 minute one pot goulash has quickly become one of my favorite meals on repeat around here! Original recipe found on Pinterest thanks to @thereciperebel ☺️(go give her a follow, I’ve found like 6 more things I need to try asap)! Ingredients: 
1 tablespoon oil 1 diced onion 1 diced green bell pepper (I used half a red/half a green) 1 pound lean ground beef 1 tablespoon tomato paste 3 cloves minced garlic 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning ¾ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon black pepper (I used garlic pepper) ¼ teaspoon paprika 2 cups tomato sauce (marinara) 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz) 2½ cups beef broth 1½ cups uncooked elbow macaroni noodles 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Instructions: * Sauté onion and green pepper and cook until softened.
 * Add ground beef and cook until browned.
 * Add tomato paste, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, red pepper flakes, pepper and paprika.
 * Add tomato sauce, tomatoes and broth and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
 * Add dry pasta, reduce the heat to medium low, and cover. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
 * Stir cheese into the pot and let melt. And Serve! I always add extra mozzarella to my own bowl too!
