I resigned with two weeks notice. The CEO asked to meet. Asked me if I wanted to work the two weeks or be paid and make it my last day. Gave me the choice. I chose free 2 week vacay. 😂

happened to me. said for no cause. and said it had to do with cut backs. totally ambushed when I arrived at work. I was so upset. it was like they had no compassion.

I just got fired on Wednesday by 3 managers and no HR. They all gave me different reasons and were all talking over each other, no HR on the call. Guess they didn’t get the memo.

I have a question was on leave for since Dec 2025 and only only returned in May my job didn’t have to hold my job past a certain amount of time but they did which I was happy they did I was out 5 months upon my return I can’t remember a lot of the system functions and technical stuff and would need more than just here look at these slides. They gave me 30 days to pass all my data checks or basically get fired. They are throwing all the work at me at the same time not even little at a time turns out they just fired 2 other girls the same week I got back that were also on leave although for a shorter period than mine but when they came back they struggled with the same thing remembering the system and making the same mistakes and basically fired them after 30 days of their return. If I have told them I was out for a long time I need to slow down just a little to recall information again is this even fair ?

I know of a place that just cuts your hours and doesn't tell you what you doing wrong they just force you to look for something else because you can have a life with the hr they give you... but funny
