@kenyafitnessplug: Patty 0717 467719 During my recent Nakuru County gym tour, I had the opportunity to visit Palmer Fitness, arguably the most hardcore gym I've ever experienced. Located in the heart of Kaptembwa, a notorious neighborhood with high crime rates, this gym stands out not only for its intense workouts but also for its remarkable mission. Owned by a young man named Patty, Palmer Fitness is more than just a place to lift weights and break a sweat. It's a sanctuary for troubled youth seeking redemption. Patty, with a heart as big as his dreams, has made it his mission to help young boys reform from a life of crime. Despite the meager earnings from the gym, he dedicates himself to guiding and supporting these boys, offering them a path to a better future. The gym charges a nominal fee of only Ksh 30, making it accessible to most, but even this small amount is a barrier for some in the impoverished neighborhood. Nonetheless, Patty ensures that nobody is turned away, regardless of their ability to pay. Through the power of prayer and unwavering determination, Patty has transformed the lives of many young boys who were once deeply entrenched in criminal activities. His belief in the potential of these individuals is inspiring, and his efforts have undoubtedly made a positive impact on the community. If you're looking for a way to support Patty and his mission at Palmer Fitness, consider reaching out to him at 0717467719. Your assistance could help change lives and bring hope to a neighborhood that sorely needs it. #keepfitwithnico #champ #Fitness
