@grillinwithdad: Who wants a chorizo breakfast sandwich? These were super easy to make and they turned out delicious 🤤. Thanks for the idea @djs85dr ! I seasoned the chorizo with my Sweet BBQ rub, shaped it into patties and it went in the fridge for about 30 minutes. They hit the @webergrills griddle over medium heat, 3-4 minutes per side. Be sure they get a nice crust so they don’t fall apart. Add a slice of pepper jack cheese, cook the eggs and toast the muffins.
