My adult cat started pitifully squeaking instead of meowing after we got a kitten who squeaked. I took cat to vet and she meowed loudly the entire time 😂

My girl cat wanders the house yowling like she’s being tortured. Then I go visit with her and she’s completely fine. I think she just likes making me get up and come love on her.

One of my cats has a ‘name’ for my oldest cat. She does this sound to greet him and we always know when she is ‘talking’ to him. It’s so cute and never had one do that. She’s very talky ❤️

when I was young (and poor) I had two indoor female cats that were not spayed. my cat made this noise and picked up objects when she was in heat. we later spayed her but she continued the behavior.
