If you want to never miss an arterial puncture again, don’t put your fingers together when you palpate. Palpate with 2 fingers 1cm apart and insert right in the middle - 2 points make a line.

It’s very easy to do it on Femoral artery. It’s big and easily accessible. It’s sometimes tricky with the radial artery especially in old patients.
