what do you do if the problem is the exact opposite? mine is so low that it scratched up the bowl and chipped the beater (kids used it so I didn't notice it wasn't working right)?

I have an Omcan Sp200 that has an issue with the paddle not being low enough. Would these work that mixer also? Really not looking to spend $1500 for a new mixer if these will fix the problem.
