Raid Foggers are the best thing and you won't see any insects for about 4 month. I always do this 3 times a year.

so just since water and soap idk I'm not a genius but after mixing vinegar and BS doesn't it just turn into water cause they neutralize eachother

you can take grits not instant grits. the ones you have to cook. put some in a top. jar top anything like that sit it down where you have a nest or like you just did. they will get some take it back
