These have been a staple in my family the last few weeks and I know you’re going to love them! ▢ 1 +¾ cups plain 2% Greek yogurt ▢ 4 eggs ▢ 2 + ½ cups all purpose flour ▢ ¼ cup ground flaxseed ▢ 1 teaspoon garlic powder ▢ ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes ▢ 1 tablespoon baking powder ▢ 2 teaspoon salt ▢ 1.5 cups spinach chopped ▢ ½ cup chives finely diced ▢ 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded, divided ▢ 2 cups cooked ham diced Divide into 12 & bake at 400F for 5 minutes then 350 F for 20! At 247 calories and 15 grams of protein, these aren't really a protein heavy item...I wonder if there's something that could be added to get that protein up?

Oooooo! looked up the macros. I see myself pairing this w an egg white/veg/fat free cheese omelette for more protein at 350 cal and 35g protein! Low carb too so as a diabetic this looks great
