@praizsingz: 😂Some persons still doubt that @praizsingz is the original writer and singer of this song! Mind you I was 100 percent inspired by the Holy Spirit. This song resonates with both Christians and Non Christians across time and place, and this is because it speaks to a deeply rooted need to feel the presence of God in times of distress. It states a fact of human existence (human insufficiency), but it is at the same time a confession of faith as it echoes the cries of the Psalm 22:19, “But you, O Lord, do not be far off! O you my help, come quickly to my aid!” The statement “I need you” is a dual confession not only in our inadequacy in ourselves but also by implication of the sufficiency of God to provide what we need; The fire to reignite our prayer life, revival of our word life, restoration of our faith, and so much more. It is therefore a statement of grateful dependence. Psalms and Sacrifice is still available on all streaming platforms. An album meant to usher in the Kingdom of GOD as it is in Heaven.
