@iramsfoodstory: Garlic Parmesan potato cheese balls Ingredients 3 russet potatoes Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese cubes cut into small pieces or shredded 2 tbsp corn starch 1 tbsp fresh minced coriander 1 tbsp garlic powder Oil for frying 1 cup corn flakes, crushed 1 egg 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Method: Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Boil in salt water until fully cooked. Mash the potatoes. Mix salt,pepper, corn starch, coriander and garlic powder. Make small ball shapes of the potato mixture by stuffing mozzarella cheese in between them , making sure there’s no cracks in the balls. Beat an egg in a bowl and set aside Add corn flakes in another bowl , coat the potato balls in egg mixture then the corn flakes. In a pan add oil on medium heat, once the oil is hot add potato balls, (do not overcrowd the pan / fry 5-6 balls at a time). Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crispy. Garnish with chopped parsley and freshly grated parsley cheese serve with your favorite dipping sauce. #potatoballs #cheeseballs #garlicparmesan #crispypotatoes
