I tried doing a blooming onion in my air fryer because it wouldn’t fit in my fryer and I cooked it for at least an hour and it was still hard 😭

Put it in salted ice water for 2 to 3 hours to open it more

Am de going to try. Going to microwave for a few min. Air fry for 1/3 of the time, then respray two more times to finish cooking!
