Yes! My husband is a vet and tells people to first spend their money on a good trainer to fix behavioural problems rather than neutering. It can make a nervous dog worse

my vet said there is no need to get mine done unless I intend on him being left with female dogs or he has a medical issue that means it needs doing

I neutered my dog at 2 years, as I’m not going to breed and it prevents cancer. I can tell you it did not alter his behaviour issues.

We neutered our boy and it was the best thing we did. No humping, he has calmed and is brilliant with everyone human or not.

My very well trained and extremely well behaved dog started to become aggressive at 21 months of age. I had him desexed and he went back to being well balanced and gentle again.

thanks, my vet told us to get our collie neutered as it would slow him down and stop his pulling etc, hes now 21/2 doing so good without neutering

I was forced by the people I adopted my dog from to castrate him…I didn’t want to! He was just under a year old 😪 and didn’t make a difference!!
