Problem with this question, employers get around the illegal questions, like age/children/married/etc. They can't ask those questions anymore.

I believe they're usually asking about your hobbies, what you like to do in your free time, etc. For example: I like to read fantasy books sometimes, Bridgerton is my favorite TV show, etc.
