@leshanfit: 1. Rely on discipline not motivation to get to your goals. You’re not always going to be motivated to workout but if you have discipline you’ll go even when you don’t feel like going 2. Train for body shape & type for desired results. You can change the shape of your body and glutes by doing certain workouts to achieve the certain figure you want. Knowing your body type also helps in knowing how easily you gain/lose weight which will help adjust with adjusting your diet 3. Gaining weight or having bigger butt is not going to make me feel “prettier”. I spent a lot of time not liking my body whenever I would lose even a pound but I had to learn to love my body in all its stages 4. Diet is more important than the actual workout. You can do all your workouts but if you’re not eating right you won’t make much progress that you should be 5. Form > Weight, if your form is not right you won’t be hitting the target muscles for the exercise correctly.
