@michaelrvorpahl: Cardio sucks and it’s horrible. I will always feel this way. However it’s necessary. What’s annoying is the stabbing pain in my lower back that almost convinced me to not run today. I had a choice, either quit or keep going. If I quit then let the weak voice conquer my mind. If I keep going then I suppressed the weak voice by using my strong voice dominate it. The weak voice will always come before the strong one. Thats why it’s crucial to empower the strong voice through your actions of what your strong voice is telling you to do. It sucks. Its hard. It’s unforgiving. It’s worth it. Keep after it!
