Venita! Just based on where it’s happening, it looks like traction alopecia. hair loss is typically in a pattern based on how it occurs.

You should do low tension hairstyles for a while. No ponytails. And use rosemary oil and water everyday and trust me it will instantly grow back.

I was prescribed similar medications. You might also add in a hydrating mask in between washing and styling to add moisture back in. Add the mask and sit under the dryer for 15 mins.
