We are the same people I have overproduction of stomach acid so hard to eat much of anything they actually took part of my intestine because my gall bladder died and it was slowly dying off

I have Nerd and IBS. diet change really helped me. I eat a paleo/ whole food diet with no inflammatory foods. no gluten, dairy or sugar. small amounts of raw veggies. mostly cooked veggies & protein

I had a sigmoidoscopy in my late twenties early thirties. I was diagnosed with IBS-C as I suffered from constipation when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. I get nauseous depending on what I consume.

I got a colonoscopy literally last Tuesday and they said my colon was super tortuous too and long and definitely explains my trapped gas and constipation

Girl, I feel you! I’ve had IBS since my teens and I always get colonoscopies. Last year I another one plus an upper and lower endoscopy. They took biopsies and still nothing. Just IBS. 😒
