I have an almost identical story!! except my dry eye was triggered hy accutane/retinoid use. I just got my first session of IPL and started Cequa. I’ll update you!!

Do you use regular eye lubricant? Like morning and night? That’s what I do and it helps immensely.

started wearing contacts when i’m 12 too, now it gives me headache when i wear them sometimes. i think it also made my eyes naturally a lot more drier now as well 😫
