I had mine at an 8 but then had to have emergency surgery and of corse i had a metal plug. Im finally back to a 10 but im so not ready for the spicy jump 😭

I don't even know what size mine is anymore and I don't know the sizes of the gages anyways it seems every chart I see is different 😅 but I think it was up to 4mm

my rubber bands to keep my pincher in place fell out, and I don't know what else to use to keep it in place it falls out every night, and it will shrink a little 😢
