@susys.cozy.kitche: 🌶️ Copycat Chili’s Salsa 🌶️ Ingredients 28oz Canned whole tomatoes 1/4 Onion 1 Garlic clove 1 Fresh jalapeño (if you don’t want it spicy remove seeds and membrane) Small pinch whole cumin 1/2 cup Water 1 4oz can Hatch Chiles Salt to taste Juice half lime • To a blender add all ingredients except hatch Chiles and lime juice. Blend till smooth or pulse for a chunkier texture. • Next add hatch chiles, pulse 2-3 times. Pour salsa in bowl, add fresh lime juice.
