Im constantly telling my husband-(about visitors or running into friends)-they're ready to go, let them leave. they're getting anxious, nervous or edgy. He cant see any subtle hints. They are blaring hints to me.

It’s very exhausting having this trait and trying to just live a normal life if you come from a marginalised group. You pick up on how you’re being treated unfairly, sometimes overtly/ covertly.

I think the flip side to this, as someone with ADD, is that we tend to simply overthink sometimes and we can often be completely wrong in our evaluation.
