I guess another way could be having both a TD CDN and TD US account, transfer between them, and then transfer out of the TD US account to your Chase.

the irony TD charges $17.50 for incoming wire. your own money from out Canada is charged for incoming wire transfer into your own Canadian bank....😂😂😂😂
