Ultrasound tech here…I once saw a male patient come in for a scrotal ultrasound as an outpatient, and they offered to sedate him first. Meanwhile I also see female patients get an IUD with no meds.

1/2 Yep. One of my many exp is that my bf got sick in Dec & went to urgent care. they diagnosed him with the flu + RSV. He got sent home with an inhaler and antibiotics.
