lol this reminded me when I got job at this restaurant their fryer oil was like deisel oil I asked the line ur oil is very dirty person answered me saying that it wasn’t their job to change their oil

I remember the fryers at my old job, the oil was so black like motor oil, as I dropped some tenders it began to foam like that, so thank you God that when we got new oil, I changed it 🙌 🙏 😌

That’s bad 🤦♂️Oh my goodness. Like I literally have to constantly change my oil even at home. Crazy that restaurants don’t change oil and serve better product

This can be veeeeery dangerous. Our fryer in the resturant cuaght fire a few days ago, not bc of overuded oil, but because it’s bern used for soooo long

I work at Wendy's and even our oil doesn't look like that 😭 I filter my fryers at least 10x a shift depending on how busy we are and it always filled with Clean fresh oil
